fridababy.ca will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or strikes. Additionally, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they are out of our possession.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND TIMING

Packages from fridababy.ca are dispatched Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from the Greater Toronto Area. To ensure proper care in packing and processing, we generally ask for 2 business days to prepare each order before it is shipped (this includes any expedited service). Delivery costs and estimated arrival times may vary depending on the destination.

Important:
To facilitate timely delivery, orders utilizing upgraded shipping services must be placed before 11 AM EST to qualify for same-day shipping. Deliveries occur only from Monday to Friday.
